We will examine suffering as a tool of oppression and as a tool of transformation. Where does “feel good gospel” intersect with suffering?

Keeping It Together or Letting It Go- Increasingly, people are struggling with to be in relationship with one another. How can we be in authentic partnerships that allow each unit to come together as one unit in a loving and harmonious relationship. What patterns, fears, and traumas keep people from committed to each other.

Universal Laws of Purposeful Living, Right Relationships, and Righteous Justice… A Blue Print for Living Joyously-Humankind’s actions are governed by unchanging and indiscriminate universal laws. Once known and understood, these laws can transform humanity into right relationship with each other, our environment, and the whole of creation.

How does one successful maneuver through the many life changes that often are un-expected, unseen, and un-welcomed in our day to day lives. Here we will explore ways to anticipate, prepare, and implement change in all aspects of life.

Sisters Hating, Sisters Loving…the Real Girlfriends-Designed to look at ways, influences, and behaviors that impede and impact African American Women from experiencing successful and complementary friendships. We are sometimes our own worst enemies. Specifically, examining misogynist imprinting on how Black women relate to each other with tools and strategies for healing.

• Work and more Work…Staying True To Your Values-How can you “show up” authentically and live from the center of your being, while still getting work down and without compromising who you are? We will explore how working from one’s inner spiritual self, increases one’s success and empowers others towards achievement of common business objectives.
